Erin Redekop, MSW (pending), BSW, RSW.
Erin is a registered social worker, therapist, and mental health educator. She has extensive professional experience supporting people who have experienced things like abuse, trauma, physical injury or illness, as well as grief and loss. Erin’s passion for this work is informed by her own experiences of mental health struggles. As an abuse survivor, Erin knows the importance of mental health education in reducing stigma and empowering people to support one another. Erin’s work experience has included facilitating support groups, presenting at conferences and public speaking events, as well as offering public education on various mental health-related topics to people of all ages. She encourages self-reflection and loves when people can connect educational material to their own lives and situations to feel more confident in providing compassionate support to those around them.
