Marlene (she/her) is an occupational therapist and mental health facilitator who has been working with people across the lifespan for over two decades. Her approach, focused on creating a warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental space for learning, has been shaped by both professional and personal lived experience. With frontline and leadership roles in the non-profit sector, education, and healthcare she has gained a deeper understanding, from first-hand experience and through supporting teams, about the diverse challenges faced by care providers. Marlene believes it is a privilege to walk alongside people in a learning environment that can cultivate self-reflection and nurture integration of practical knowledge into meaningful action. Above all, she values authentic conversations and connections that leave people feeling resourced, confident, and connected to their inner knowing.
