Mental Health Essentials for Non-Profits

A four module, 24-hour, course equipping staff in the non-profit sector to understand the impacts of trauma and addiction, skillfully and compassionately respond to mental health crises, and gain skills to practice self-care and respond to feelings of burnout.

Each Module will be held in-person at Station 20 West in Saskatoon, SK.
Modules run from 9:00-4:00pm each day with a 1-hour break for lunch. Coffee & tea is provided.

  • September 11: Trauma Informed Care
  • October 17: Supporting People With Addictions
  • November 19: Compassionate Crisis Response
  • December 12: The Cost of Caring


$1,200 + gst per person or $400 + gst per person (for successful CSJG applicants)

Up to 2/3 of the training costs may be covered by the Can-Sask Job Grant. If you are interested in applying for this funding, contact us to receive a Training Outline, necessary to complete the grant application.
