  1. Helpful responses to expressions of anger, apathy, sadness, and anxiety
  2. How to tell the difference between “normal” emotional responses vs. mental health disorders
  3. How to help staff build coping skills and overall resilience
  4. How to cultivate a sustainable work-life balance through compassionate, mindful boundaries

Cara Taylor (she/her) is the founder of Oaks Mental Health, a therapist, and a mental health educator. Through Oaks Mental Health, she has facilitated hundreds of public speaking events, workshops, and trainings focused on mental health.
